  Absolutely the most racist and prejudice bank i have ever been in. I was told to sit and wait to speak with some1 for a simple question. Yet when people that spoke their language walked in, they received immediate attention.. i was put in a long line, just to have the supervisor come and draw people out of the line for large withdraws, which i was doing.. then i was told they wont cash my check....i electronically deposited my check in seconds to another business account elsewhere while they closed my account here...i got B of A thinking they are everywhere and it should be easy...not the case. Hours wasted over and over with no resolve.. business account closed..good riddens.

  This place so terrible .After they remodeled lines are getting worse. They make bigger and nice looking, But nothing add more employees to help customers, Unfortunately waste money for nothing, some one make money out of this.
